Our workshops and retreats unfold at a beautifully restored 18th-century masia, just a 15-minute walk from the charming village of Canyamars and 45 minutes from Barcelona. Tucked away in a lush forest at the edge of the rolling hills of El Montnegre i El Corridor Natural Park, this hidden and unpretentious haven feels a world apart.
Rooted in the principles of permaculture and guided by the rhythms of nature, the retreat invites you into the evolving heart of an off-grid farm and regenerative living lab. It’s a sanctuary of thriving biodiversity—perfect for igniting creativity, forging meaningful connections, and rediscovering inner calm. The rainwater plunge pool offers a refreshing retreat, ideal for unwinding and recharging in nature.
The surrounding area of Canyamars in Dosrius is a gem, celebrated for its rich biodiversity, historic landmarks, scenic hiking and cycling trails, and traditional Catalan farmhouses.
Marie has more than two decades of experience in facilitating workshops and programs in creativity, innovation, and contemplative practices (yoga, mindfulness, journaling & sound healing). She is a gardener, permaculture designer, artist, singer-songwriter, and writing facilitator. She runs a Regenerative Living Lab and a Writers Club. She loves supporting people in reconnecting with nature and their true essence.
Nicole is a designer, artist, and creative facilitator who has been leading creative workshops for over a decade, catering to all levels. Her sessions blend colour theory, pigment science, palette building, creative excavation through nature and somatic experiencing, technique fundamentals, composition, layering, and storytelling—inviting participants into a full-spectrum creative expansion.
Marta is a psychosocial counselor, facilitator, and systemic coach, as well as a mentor in communication, self-esteem, and conflict management. She is the founder of the Catalan Institute of Coaching (ICC) for organizational well-being and Socratis Essentia for emotional well-being. Throughout her professional career, she has been closely involved in people management. Marta follows and promotes the principles of Emotional Ecology and Positive Psychology.
