Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction
At Paradisi Life our aim is to provide clarity and ease in our booking process. This policy outlines our approach to payments, cancellations, and refunds for our day experiences and retreats.
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests and team while ensuring we can continue offering great quality workshops and retreats. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
- Cancellations 30+ Days Before the workshop or retreat: A full refund will be issued, minus a [processing fee of €30]
- Cancellations 15 -29 Days Before the Retreat: A 50% refund will be issued. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop or retreat at no additional cost.
- Cancellations 14 Days or Less Before the Workshop or Retreat (including illness): No refunds will be provided. However, if you cannot attend due to illness (medical letter required), you may transfer your spot to another person or apply 50% of your payment as credit toward our future workshop or retreat.
No-Show & Early Departure
- No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or early departures once the workshop or retreat has begun.
Retreat Cancellation by Us
- If we must cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues, low enrolment), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
- Minimum number of participants is 6. In case of fewer bookings, your payment will be transferred to a future workshop or retreat.
